A few things to note: **The matrix is organized into 5 phases** (Complete → Infrastructure → Content/Awareness → Ticket Launch → August/September) with color-coded status badges and owner color chips for each team member. **Filters at the top** let you sort by owner (Dusky, Conner, Amanda, Tina, HLC, Board), status, or priority — so each person can quickly see just their tasks. **The summary bar** shows counts at a glance: right now there are 9 overdue items and 6 decisions needed before the July 3 launch can happen. **The most urgent items flagged:** - Meta + TikTok pixels (Conner + HLC) — still showing overdue - HLC account access (Dusky) — overdue - 6 pricing/board decisions needed by June 20 before Eventbrite can be built - Early bird contingency plan (Board) — needs to be defined now Open it in any browser — it's fully interactive and can also be printed cleanly for the meeting.
